All right. Today I encountered an really unpleasent experience. Today when i returned from the medical centre back to my workplace, a Military police AKA MP was rude!

Initially, i just go through the detector with my medcine and umbrella, because what was in the plastic bag was just medcine, i find it totally unnecessary to put through the scanner. But later on, he said in quite a harsh tone, "hello? Can you please put everything in the scanner?"

I said ok, so i put all my medcine in the scanner, but went through the detector with my umbrella. Cos i tot it was totally unnecessary to put umbrella through. But then later, he kinda raised his voice at me again. and said " I said everything right??"

at that moment, i was abit annoyed, because i feel that he need not shout at me like that, at least he could have said in a more courteous tone. And as I collected back my stuff, he shot me with one statement " you dun understand english isit? I said put everything inside right?"

now that is really really rude. I find that totally unnecessary. Why must he be so rude as to kinda be sacarstic? He is a human, I am a human I dun see why must he use such rudeness to hurt someone. If he wanna frustrate on someone, i dun think he should frustrate on me. If I were a Major or an officer, I wonder if he would still use such statements on me? I may be a LCP and he is a CPL, but does that mean that I deserve no basic human respect that every human deserve?

I always believe in basic respect. and to that CPL, if you happen to see this msg, I hope you can at least learn some basic manners and do not go around shooting people with such sacarstic statements! That last statement was totally uncalled for.

It's disappointing a service excellence ministry MINDEF has such a rude MP. Hope he wun go around offending more people and portraying such a bad images of MPs working in the ministry.
